CHECK-IN

Check in at the Canterbury Park Expo Building either Friday night from 4:30pm – 6:30pm or Saturday morning from 6:30am – 9:30am

WAIVER

Ensure this waiver is completed by Friday, 3/11. You will not be allowed to compete if you (and everyone on your team) do not have a signed waiver. It’s all online and takes just a minute - please get it signed now!

FOOD

Food and drinks will be available for purchase onsite.

BYO GEAR

Plan to BYO jump rope, rollers, PVC pipes, wrist wraps, tape, knee sleeves, protein, supplements, tiger balm, lawn chairs and anything else you need to warm up and get you through the workouts.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK INFO

GameDay has secured a room block at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Shakopee. 


Rates are $109 + tax for standard rooms and $119 + tax for suites. 


The cutoff date to secure the room block rate is Monday, March 7th.

INDIVIDUAL EVENTS

MAX SNATCH + 2 OVERHEAD SQUAT

Athletes can load bars before 3, 2, 1, go. 

Athletes will have 6 minutes to complete 3 attempts at a max Snatch Complex of 1 Snatch and 2 Overhead Squats

Weights can only be 1) on the bar or 2) on the storage rack. Athletes cannot lift until all weights are in one of those two places. If any weights are left out the attempt will be a no rep.

An attempt is counted as soon as the bar leaves the ground. Snatches must be one fluid movement, any style, from the ground to overhead. Athletes must stay in their lane while completing the attempt.

Movement Standards:

  • Bar will start on the ground - NO HANG SNATCHES ARE ALLOWED

  • Squat Snatch does not count for an Overhead Squat rep

  • Movement ends with the athlete in full extension with the bar locked out, overhead, at the top of the rep

  • Arms must stay extended overhead between Snatch and OHS reps. No racking of barbell during attempt.

  • Power, Split & Squat Snatch are allowed.

TEAM EVENTS

MMFF Teams
